Short Description:

Energy recovery ventilation (ERV) is the energy recovery ventilation process in residential and commercial HVAC systems that exchanges the energy contained in normally exhausted air of a building or conditioned space, using it to treat (precondition) the incoming outdoor ventilation air.

During cooler seasons the system humidifies and pre-heats. An energy recovery ventilation (ERV)  system helps HVAC design meet ventilation and energy standards (e.g., ASHRAE), improves indoor air quality and reduces total HVAC equipment capacity, thereby reducing energy consumption and enable an HVAC system to maintain a 40-50% indoor relative humidity, essentially in all conditions.

The high-efficiency brushless DC motor is built into the Smart energy recovery ventilation, which can reduce the power consumption by 70% and save energy significantly. VSD control is suitable for most engineering air volume and ESP requirements.

• The energy recovery core (enthalpy exchanger)
Featuring high moisture permeability, good air tightness, good tear resistance and aging resistance, the core is specially designed for efficient energy recovery ventilation. The gaps between the fibers are so small that only water molecules with small diameters can pass through, not odor molecules with large diameters. In this way, temperature and humidity can be recovered smoothly through the energy recovery ventilation process, preventing pollutants from seeping into the fresh air.

A: Primary purification (G4):
The primary filter is suitable for the primary filtration of energy recovery ventilation systems, mainly used for filtering dust particles above 0.5μm; the primary filter can be reused after washing.

B: High efficiency purification (H12):
Effectively purify PM2.5 particulate. For 0.1 micron and 0.3 micron particles, the purification efficiency reaches 99.998%. It traps 99.9% of bacteria and viruses and causes them to die from dehydration within 72 hours, helping maintain clean air throughout the energy recovery ventilation process.
