Model: TFKC A6 Series
The inner structure and maintenance door of the TFKC A6 Series are made of EPP material, providing the energy recovery ventilation unit with excellent thermal insulation and shock resistance performance.
The energy recovery ventilation system features maintenance doors on both the side and bottom, allowing filters to be replaced conveniently from either access point. The unit is equipped with two sets of G4 + F7 + H12 filters for effective air purification.
If your project has special requirements, we can also discuss customizing other filter materials to meet your specific needs.

Smarter control: APP + intelligent controller provide comprehensive management functions to meet various project requirements for the energy recovery ventilation system.
Temperature display enables continuous monitoring of indoor and outdoor temperatures. Power auto-restart allows the energy recovery ventilation unit to recover automatically after a power outage. CO₂ concentration control and humidity sensing help maintain optimal indoor air quality and comfort.
RS485 connectors support BMS central control, while external control and on/error signal outputs allow administrators to monitor and manage the energy recovery ventilation system easily. A filter alarm reminds users to clean filters on time, and working status and fault information can be monitored conveniently through the Tuya APP.

Energy recovery ventilation (ERV) is the process of energy recovery in residential and commercial HVAC systems, by exchanging energy from the exhausted air of a residential and commercial building, to save air energy loss input the room.
In the summer season, the system precools and dehumidifies the fresh air, humidify and preheat in the winter season.
The benefits of using energy recovery are the ability to meet ASHRAE ventilation and energy standards while improving indoor air quality and reducing the total capacity of HVAC units.

Working Principle:
The flat plates and corrugated plates form separate channels for supply and exhaust air streams. Energy recovery ventilation is achieved when the two air streams pass crosswise through the heat exchanger with a temperature difference, allowing heat energy to be transferred efficiently without mixing the airflows.
